Our Production Process: From Coil to High-quality Mattress Core

We maintain strict control over each step of manufacturing to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Below is an overview of how we produce the cotton pocket spring unit and assemble the bed grid (bed core):

• Using our self-developed cotton pocket spring machine, we produce independent pocket spring strips (coil rows), each spring encased in cotton fabric pockets.

Segmentation and Layout
