Product Introduction

Surgical Mask Machine automatically feeds the 3 layers of Non-Woven %100 PP Spunbond Fabric. Folding the shape of the mask and inserting the nose clips for preventing the air outside the mask to go into nose during normal usage. For the body of the mask there is an ultrasonic welding machine making the welds in a continuous production environment. At the end of welding, the mask is automatically cut to the size the make the final shape of the mask body.

Medical surgical face mask making machine line consists of components to finish the whole procedure of producing surgical face masks or disposable face masks, consists of conveyor devices for delivering the raw materials(layers of non-woven fabric, nose clip metal wire, earloops rope), the cutting process(the mask body cutting, the nose clip cutting), the folding process, the welding process of earloops has an auto-feeding system, just need one labor to put a pile of mask bodies in the holder and then the mask body will be automatically sent to the conveyor for being welded with earloops.
